Get Involved
As a grassroots initiative, the Pink Triangle Legacies Project would not be possible without you. We offer multiple ways for queer people and their allies to get involved, ranging from helping us preserve and tell this history to attending events. Learn more below.
The Pink Triangle Legacies Project team is working hard to bring you more opportunities to get involved. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to receive the announcements!
The Pink Triangle Legacies Project offers a limited number of paid internships per year. Through these virtual internships, PTL Project Interns develop a wide range of marketable skills as they produce new profile resource kits for the LGBTQ+ Stories from Nazi Germany initiative, manage the PTL Project's social media channels, and work with our Director on the strategic planning for the Project.
Applications for internships are now closed.
Those who volunteer their time, expertise, and efforts to support us are recognized as PTL Project Advocates. Where applicable, we'll work with your school or organization so Advocates can get credit for their work.
We regularly offer in-person and online events, ranging from multimedia presentations and book signings to empowering workshops on confronting homophobia and transphobia today. We hope to see you at one of our events soon!
The Pink Triangle Legacies Project works with a variety of organizations to bring this history and its lessons to museums, community centers, classrooms, business DEI events, libraries, and more. Learn more about what we offer and how you can offer your community the chance to learn from queer history together.
Your gift will reclaim histories that have been erased and empower our communities to break free from stigma, fear, and persecution.
